Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)
Job Summary
SpotLink is searching for a business professional to help our client throughout the San Diego area and beyond design and execute an effective technology strategy. The successful candidate, while working directly under the CEO and alongside a team of accomplished IT professionals, will work with our diverse clients to plan technology strategy, develop technology budgeting, and help our clients on a day-to-day basis to implement their technology plans. They will hold quarterly technology business impact reviews, as well as periodic and adhoc meetings, with clients to further their technology goals, and facilitate implementing new SpotLink products and services as beneficial for the client.
Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in business operations or finance.
• Five years of experience in business planning and operations.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience executing project plans.
• Experience with implementing business technology or managed service providers is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities

• Act as a primary element in SpotLink's client enablement system.
• Coordinate, schedule and lead management level meetings with clients.
• Develop business level project planning.
• Develop client beneficial proposals and projects.
• Help coordinate client support through other SpotLink departments.
• Work under the general direction of the CEO.

Other Requirements - Physical Demands:

• Ability to work in an office setting.

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite meetings.
• Background and Reference Checks are a mandatory part of the recruitment and hiring process.

Job Classifications
Reports To: CEO
Compensation: $114,000 to $151,000, depending on experience.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Location: San Diego Regional Office (In office work, not work from home)
Hours: Flexible Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm.
